Contact LOOP
LOOP is made and run by one person, so when you write in, a real human reads it. The fastest way to reach me is email.
Email: [email protected]
Whether something broke, you have an idea for the next daily, or you just beat your best Color Hunt time and want to tell someone — I'd genuinely like to hear it. Here's what people usually write about, and how to make sure I can actually help.
What you can reach out about
- Bug reports. Tell me which game it happened in (Color Hunt, Daily Number, or Merge Drop), what you did, and what went wrong. The two details that help most are your device (phone, tablet, desktop) and your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.). A screenshot is gold if the layout looked off or a score didn't save.
- Game ideas and feedback. Too easy, too hard, a daily board that felt unfair, a feature you wish existed — all welcome. If a Daily Number puzzle or a Color Hunt round felt broken, mention the date, since the board is the same worldwide each UTC day and I can pull it up.
- Leaderboard issues or a bad nickname. If a high score looks impossible or someone's nickname on the board is offensive, email me the game and roughly when you saw it and I'll review it. I'd rather hear about it once too often than leave something nasty up.
- Privacy or ads questions. Questions about what data LOOP collects, how the ads work, or a request related to your information. The Privacy page covers the basics, but if it doesn't answer yours, just ask.
- Business or partnership. Press, collaborations, or anything commercial — start with a short note about what you have in mind.
Reporting a problem fast
If you hit a bug or want to flag a nickname, you don't need a long write-up. A line or two is plenty. Send it to [email protected] with the game name and your device, and that's usually enough for me to reproduce it.
One quick check first: if a score or streak didn't save, try the same browser you played in without a private or incognito window. LOOP keeps your best score and your daily streak in your browser's own storage, so a fresh private session or a cleared cache starts you over. If it still looks wrong after that, write in and I'll dig into it.
What to expect back
It's just me, so I can't promise an instant reply, but I read everything and answer when I can — usually within a few days. If you don't hear back, it's never because I'm ignoring you; a follow-up nudge is completely fine. Clear, specific notes get answered fastest, simply because I can act on them right away.
Thanks for playing and for taking the time to write. Feedback is what actually shapes the next daily, so don't be shy. Now go beat your best.
